Non Corporate Membership is composed of:
“Graduate or Associate” shall satisfy Council
(a) That he has been admitted to Non-Corporate membership of a relevant Professional Managerial /Technological Institution recognised by the Council for the purpose;
(b) That he holds an Scientific /Architectural / Technological / Engineering / Design Diploma or similar of a recognised University, or College and has been engaged in Managerial / Technological work of an appropriate nature recognised by the Council;
(c) That he has received a good secondary education and a Managerial / Technical education equivalent to Matriculation plus 3 years, and that he holds a recognised position in the direction or execution of Managerial / Technological work.
The Council shall have the power to decide which grade is appropriate to offer the applicant.
Affiliates, Internal Affiliates
“Affiliate” shall satisfy the Council that
(a) He is actively interested in the promotion of Science, Architecture , Engineering , Technology , Design, Peace and Technical or Managerial practice or similar and that he holds a position of responsibility;
(b) He is an individual whose election to non-corporate membership would be of benefit to the IPEES.
(c) He is an individual who currently has an administrative involvement with Management / Technology and who seek to improve his knowledge - possibly with a view to future transition to a full time Management / Technology career, will be admitted as an “Internal Affiliate”.
“Student” membership shall satisfy the Council that he is pursuing a field of study leading to the qualifications approved by IPEES. On completion of his studies a student member shall apply for transfer to the appropriate grade of membership within one year.
“Institutional” membership shall be applicable to organisations or establishments whose status in the community is such that their admission as an Institutional Member, in the opinion of the Council, is of benefit to the IPEES. Institutional members shall be admitted based on a suitable co-operation agreement of goodwill between the IPEES and the applicant in question. Institutional members are entitled to use the IPEES’s name in full; in addition, it’s logo on appropriate literature and stationery.
“Honorary Institutional” membership shall be bestowed on any organisation as approved by the Council. Honorary membership shall be exempt from applicable fees and be dependent on a mutual understanding between the Society and the admitted Institutional Member.
“Patron” membership shall be a company or institution whose status in the community is such that their appointment as a Patron will, in the opinion of the Council and Members, is of benefit to the IPEES. Patron members are entitled to use the IPEES’s name in full; in addition, it’s logo on company stationery and on other advertising material.
